The space

‘Whaleshark’ is on the second floor of a freshly constructed condo building with the sea for its neighbour. Mindfully designed and built, the 3-bedroom condo is decorated in a natural, calming colour palette and is fully fitted with modern appliances and furnishings.

This breathtaking, brand-new space is accessible by the building’s elevator and is right on the beach meaning your morning commute to the shoreline is just a few steps! You can snorkel, swim, float in the pool or simply sit on the pier minutes to your heart’s content. No shoes, no news, just tropical heat and nature!

Please note that the elevator is on the first floor and requires the use of 6 steps to access it, making the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Relax in the living room to the rolling waves, taking advantage of the patio doors and Belize’s natural AC (the trade winds!) or return from an adventure on the water or inland to the cool of the tile floors and air conditioning.
