This three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo located on the top floor overlooks The Villas at Cocoplum’s stunning tropical grounds and a mile of unspoilt Caribbean beach. Inside you will find a spacious and bright home with soothing neutral tones and exotic mahogany doors and cabinets.

The space

Curl up on the sofa to read or head out to the veranda for a delightful sea breeze. The shaded deck is 300 square feet of picture postcard views and comfortable seating.

Try your hand at Central American cuisine - or cook up some of your home favourites - in this gourmet-inspired kitchen with granite counters and every appliance and feature you’d require for cooking to your heart’s content. If you would prefer to grill, there’s a BBQ by the pool on which to grill your catch of the day to perfection! Staying in will almost be as tantalising as dining out at one of the many local restaurants which are within a short walk or leisurely drive away.

The second and third bedroom share 1 bathroom, please note that the loft bedroom requires the use of a spiral staircase. The condo is accessed by stairs and is on the third floor of a three storey building.
