Situated on the Placencia Peninsula in the beautiful country of Belize, you're bordered by the Caribbean Sea on one side and a lagoon on the other, with jungles and the Maya Mountains in the distance offering a fantastic backdrop to your Central American vacation.

The amenities of The Villas at Cocoplum are varied enough to spend an entire vacation within the grounds of the gated community! Besides the pool, the hot tub and the beach, there is a pier for relaxing, fishing or watching dolphins and manatees swim by, and magnificent tropical gardens to wander through.

This condo is brand-new and located right on the beach. It doesn't get closer to the beach and the Caribbean Sea than this. Your ULTIMATE beachfront living!

This modern condo is on the second-floor level. It is spacious and bright with tasteful finishes. You can reach your condo with an elevator!

Please note that the elevator is on the first floor and requires the use of 6 steps to access it, making the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Make yourself at home, have a seat on the sofa in the living room and open up the doors to catch the refreshing sea breeze! On hot tropical days the air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you cool. Whether you want to sit inside and watch a little TV or relax outside on your private balcony after a day of enjoying the pool and the beach, or after returning from one of the great tours the area has to offer, this unit has it.

The full modern kitchen, with high-end countertops, and modern stainless-steel appliances will make it fun to prepare a great meal if you decide to skip a day eating out in one of the great restaurants. Boasting everything from a stove, fridge, and dishwasher to a blender, toaster, and microwave, this kitchen has just about everything you might find in your own.

You prefer the outdoors? No problem, throw your catch of the day on the grill by the pool area and eat outside on the covered balcony while overlooking the gardens and the sea!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and an attached bathroom. The second room has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 singles. There's another full bathroom in this condo as well. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa which is suitable for children, not so much for adults. Altogether, this home has plenty of space for up to eight guests, so it's perfect for friends travelling together or a small family.

While you're here you'll also enjoy Wi-Fi access, so keeping in touch with loved ones back home will be easy! A washer and dryer are provided in the unit, so you won't have to worry about what to do with dirty or crumpled laundry.

Guests have access to the entire condo, the grounds, pool and beach.

Other things to note

This condo is on the second floor of a three-story building requiring the use of steps and/or an elevator.

The sleeper sofa is comfortable for children but for adults it is not suitable.
