The space

‘Manatee’ condo provides all the authentic flourishes of Belizean hardwood furnishings and styling plus everything you need to enjoy the uplifting coastal setting. It has a large balcony overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens and the Caribbean Sea and a warm and inviting living space inside.

The Space: The condo is on the second floor of a peaceful and spacious apartment building in a private gated complex and is accessed by stairs on the beach side and parking area behind.

Inside, a well-appointed kitchen, laundry and comfortable living room allow for your group to relax after days on the water or in the jungle. The second bedroom allows for ultimate flexibility for families with a unique convertible bunk bed system that accommodates four people!

Relax in the living room to the rolling waves, taking advantage of the patio doors and Belize’s natural AC (the trade winds!) or retreat from the heat to the cool of the tile floors and air conditioning. Outdoor dining is a joy here, whether it’s savouring your morning coffee in the early morning or sharing your evening meal with loved ones, watching for manatees and dolphins on the horizon.

Please note that this condo is on the second floor of an apartment building, which requires the use of two flights of stairs.
